Celebrate Sligo's unique food culture with a weekend of festivities throughout the county. Join us for free family fun, food trails, cookery demonstrations with world class chefs and visits to local producers. Learn new skills and old traditions. Taste food from Sligo and from around the world.

See professional chefs from around the world compete in the World Irish Stew championship or maybe you could enter in the amateur category of this competition.
