All items purchased from Ireland-Guide.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. When the company delivers purchased goods to the shipper for shipment to the buyer, title to the goods and risk of loss will pass to the buyer. If the goods are damaged in transit, the buyer should contact the shipping agent and process a claim under the applicable insurance policy. The company is not obligated to take goods back under the Conditions of Sale if the goods were damaged in transit. The company is obligated to insure all items during transit and to provide reasonable assistance to help the buyer resolve damage claims with the insurer. For this reason even in circumstances where goods are lost or damaged no loss should arise to the buyer.

Georgina Campbell Guides Ltd and Ireland-Guide.com endeavors to take every necessary step to ensure that buyers receive as much information as possible about the goods being acquired. This information takes the form of digital images and item description. Items are sold in good faith. Goods are bought as seen and returns are not accepted.

The United States and most foreign countries regulate the importation and exportation of tangible property. Many countries require a declaration of export for property that is leaving the country. Additionally, most countries require an Import Declaration at the time of customs clearance of property into that country. Upon import, these countries may impose duties, other taxes and/or restrictions on the property. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that the item is properly and lawfully exported from the country in which it is located. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the property is properly imported into the buyer's country. If you participate in the purchase or commerce portions of the Web site, and, as a result, purchase property that you plan to ship to another country, you agree that you are responsible for familiarising yourself with and complying with any and all applicable rules and regulations.
