This craft bakery is currently run by Cathal O’Donohue and family, whose products are not only appreciated locally but have recently been winning gold at the Great Taste Awards on an annual basis.
Their success is down to a combination of traditional and innovative products – all of which have a genuine home-baked flavour. Buttermilk soda, batch bread, spelt & honey bread and low GI multiseed bread are among the most popular – and the more recently introduced wholewheat soda goes down a treat too.
