This fashionable two-storey restaurant is elegantly appointed, with comfortable high-back chairs, good linen and fine glasses and, with sunny yellow walls and a long skylight along one side of the upper floor creating a bright atmosphere, the ambience is always lively.
This Dublin restaurants got many fans and, and at its best, the cooking is excellent; a team of Thai chefs has developed a new menu of Royal Thai Cuisine: signature dishes include ‘Hoi shell yang’ Char grilled King scallops with chilli, coriander, ginger & a peanut nahm jim and Pla Neung Manow – Whole steamed sea bass infused with lemongrass and coriander served with fresh lime, galangal, garlic, chilli and fish sauce.
Special evening menus offered to groups of 6+ include A Taste of Bangkok, A Taste of Chiang Mai and A Taste of Phuket (approx €39.50-€54 per person); a less elaborate selection of special menus is also offered at lunchtime.
Service is invariably charming and solicitous, and there's a great buzz that contributes to the popularity of this busy restaurant.
