The range includes some more ordinary items (ie not necessarily all free range or organic) but also superior products, eg Dexter beef, good choice of poultry including Silverhill duck and the excellent free range chicken and duck from Lissara Farm at Crossgar in Co Down, a very good fresh fish range. Mainly sourced within Ireland - exceptions include Shetlands salmon.
