One of Ireland’s most famous butchers; not only do Jack and Tim McCarthy stock an exceptional range of fantastic meats, including local free range pork, Aberdeen Angus beef, Duhallow milk lamb and free range chicken, but you’ll also find speciality products including spiced beef, air-dried beef and Ardrahan cheese & smoky bacon sausages here – plus their amazingly successful black pudding, which has earned Gold Medal approval from like-minded butchers in Normandy, no less.



And, bang on the money commercially too, they have an excellent online shop; delivery anywhere in Ireland, free on orders over a fixed limit.
