The Montrose Hotel

This friendly south-city hotel, which is conveniently located near the University College campus and the RTE studios, has recently undergone extensive refurbishment, and changed ownership; most rooms are offered to executive standard, and there is also some wheelchair friendly accommodation.

All of this Dublin hotels rooms have quite good facilities (direct dial phone, multi-channel TV, tea/coffee-making facilities and trouser press/iron), also 12 hour room service and laundry/dry cleaning services. It's popular with business guests, and executive rooms also have broadband, complimentary newspaper and business magazines.

The hotel's Belfield Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner every day and offers traditional food such as roasts, sole on the bone and roast duck (pianist on Fridays).

Although conference facilities are not extensive (max. 70 delegates), there's a business centre, seven meeting rooms and free parking, making this an attractive venue for small events.
