Run by an experienced team - founder Edwina St Lawrence, with Head Tutor Hazel McFadden and tutor, Liberty Finnegan - this unusual cookery school is based in the beautifully restored Georgian kitchens in historic Howth Castle.
In this inspiring setting, it offers a full range of evening and day courses covering everything from Quick Stir Fry to Glitzy Cup Cakes ands Parisian Macaroons, or Quick and Simple Fish. A number of courses offer ideas for entertaining - An Italian, French or Spanish Dinner Party, perhaps - then there's bread making and baking, everyday meals - including cooking for babies and toddlers - and A Roast Sunday Lunch. They also offer themed courses for groups or corporate events.
Whatever the theme, the aim is the same: "...to reconnect you with food. We want to nurture your creativity, give you a good grounding in the basics and the confidence to cook delicious food, at any time."
