What a delight this pretty, traditional pub is

Lily Finnegans

What a delight this pretty, traditional pub is - although now predictably popular with a young set who bring life and plenty of noise at busy times, it is a friendly and welcoming place without a sense of cliquishness so even the first time visitor will feel very much at home sipping a pint or a glass of whiskey in the bar or a little room at the back that feels as if it hasn't changed in fifty years.

2 euro Denotes genuine Irish food culture, ie special Irish food products/companies/producers, and highlights the best places to shop for regional and artisan foods; the selection excludes obvious 'non-Irish' elements regardless of quality, eg ethnic restaurants and specialists in coffee, wine and other drinks, unless relevant to local production or history.
