The Waterfront
Joe Grogan's busy bar and restaurant on the front at at Rosses Point offers a choice between light bar bites like oysters, local mussels, garlic mushrooms, a range of gourmet pizzas, and a tempting á la carte.
There could be a choice of about ten starters (mussels with papardelle, perhaps) and equally interesting, sometimes luxurious mains, like whole lobster with lemon butter sauce or brandy mustard. Desserts can be delicious (tangy lemon soufflé with sponge finger and a pink grapefruit salad...) or you can finish with Irish cheeses.
There's a courtyard and smoking area - and also an art gallery, with access to the restaurant.
