Their small company packs quite a punch, with over two dozen homemade preserves on offer, and widely distributed in the west of Ireland. Strawberry champagne jam and Connemara whiskey marmalade are keenly sought out, and you'll find delicious rendition of all the old favourites such as raspberry jam, orange marmalade and tomato chutney, too.

Gail, I think you'll also find it at some speciality food outlets, including Avoca.

The Cumberland sauce is always available in our shop in Doolin, also most stores which normally stock our products will have it over Christmas.
