Built in 1739 by the 19th Earl of Kildare, Robert Fitzgerald,
Carton House sits on
1,100 acres of parklands. Royalty, musicians and stars of the silver screen – from Queen Victoria to Grace Kelly – have passed through the doors of Carton House and its
timeless appeal has been thoughtfully preserved into a 165 bedroom hotel.
Today, the hotel combines
historic tradition with contemporary flourishes to create a unique atmosphere where
