Ardenode Hotel

Fitzers Catering took over this small country hotel in 2006. It is not an hotel in the usual sense and customers hoping to drop in for a cup of coffee or a bar lunch will be disappointed but they are open for Sunday lunch and for private functions, particularly weddings.

However it is useful to know about this place as they will accommodate guests who are dining at the Ballymore Inn (see entry) and wish to stay nearby, and can arrange transport if necessary.

Conferences/Banqueting (300/250); Rooms 17 (5 shower only, 2 family, all no smoking); B&B €75pps, ss €20. Children welcome (cots available free of charge, baby sitting arranged); tennis court; garden; walking. MasterCard, Visa, Laser.

Directions:

From village square take a right at Paddy Murphy's pub, take right after the bridge, follow road and veer to right at fork, located on right
