Whey from the Kilshanny cheese-making process nearby is one of the natural products used to feed the happy Burren pigs - Saddlebacks and Saddleback/Tamworth cross - that Eva Harald and her husband Stephen Hegarty raise for the Burren Free Range Pork that she sells at local markets (Ennis & Ennistymon).
You may also see her pork credited on menus, and it can be bought from the farm (by appointment).
