This small artisan food business was set up in 2010 by Dalkey locals, Ballymaloe trained chef and Slow Food member (and DJ) Ivan Varian, and his partner Ellie Balfe.
Their passion is soups ('food for the soul') and their commendable motto is "Buy Irish, Buy Local, Buy in Season"; they supply a wide range of home made soups, many of them unusual - Beetroot & Sage; Pea, Chilli & Coriander - to cafes, pubs and stores. Cookery classes and catering also offered.
