Airy and bright, with design by well-known Hong Kong interior designer, Cindy Lee, this restaurant has lots of windows, and is arranged stylishly with tables in the centre and booths around the sides.
Cantonese cuisine with a twist is the speciality, and this restaurant - which is highly regarded by the Chinese community - gets top marks for imaginative presentation and excellent courteous service.
Head chef Simon Tsang has wide experience in Asian cooking and, from the wide-ranging menu, dishes singled out for special praise on a recent visit include seabass in salt and chilli with egg white fried rice, and lack cod in champagne sauce.
Other specialities include stir fried Chinese vegetables with lily bulbs, deep fried soft shell crabs and - their pride and joy - Mango Duck.
