Fishy Fishy Cafe @ The Gourmet Store

This delightful fish shop, delicatessen and restaurant is a mecca for gourmets in and around Kinsale and was our Seafood Restaurant of the Year in 2001.

Although all sorts of other delicacies are on offer, seafood is the serious business here - and, as well as the range of dishes offered on the menu and a specials board, you can ask to have any of the fresh fish on display cooked to your liking.

Not that you'd feel the need to stray beyond the menu, in fact, as it makes up in interest and quality anything it might lack in length - and vegetarian dishes available on request.
