Personal endorsements abound and they have won many awards, including one from the Irish Food Writers' Guild.
Using traditional smoking methods and the best organic Irish salmon (produced 6km off the coast of Co Mayo - see Clare Island Organic Salmon) - the Kinvara products are known for their firm flesh and subtle smoking: delicious!
