The only cookery school in Co Londonderry, this beautiful spot overlooks Lough Foyle and the Donegal coastline yet it is only 10 minutes from Derry city.
It is now operated by well known local chef and food historian, Emmett McCourt, author of the book ‘Feast or Famine’, which delves into the food story of the North-West.
Emmett offers a full range of cookery classes and demonstrations for all interests and abilities. As always, his aim is to showcase local produce, and he can take up to 10 students for hands-on classes, or 20 for demonstrations.
Catering services are also offered.
