The Thatch

This coffee shop is really special: a listed building dating back to the late 18th century, it’s the only originally thatched building remaining in County Fermanagh.

Home-made food has been served here since the early 1900s and the tradition is being well-maintained today, with home-made soups, a range of freshly made sandwiches and toasted sandwiches all made to order, hot specials like stuffed baked potatoes and (best of all) delicious bakes like chocolate squares, carrot cake and muffins.

Drinks include a coffee menu and, more unusually, you can also buy fishing tackle, hire a bike - or even a holiday cottage here.

Open Mon-Sat. 9-5 (from 10 off-season). Closed Sun.
