The Dalys use pasteurised milk but it is not homgenised, allowing the natural fat distribution which is rarely seen nowadays.There is great demand for their liquid milk, which thery distribute to customers on the island.
The wide variety of ice cream flavours (and sorbets) can be bought or sampled along with soft drinks, teas and coffees in a rustic little half-doored Ice Cream Parlour. You will also see them proudly credited on menus in the area.
