The hub of local activities, this friendly and well-managed hotel has been in the caring ownership of the Buckley family since 1952.

Recent developments have added superior executive bedrooms and suites, an extensive new foyer and reception area, an impressive new bar and the more contemporary ‘B’s’ Restaurant.

The personal touch is seen everywhere, including some quirky artwork, and, while ideally located for touring the scenic south-west, this immaculately maintained and very comfortable hotel is equally attractive to business guests.

It’s great for families - extensive leisure facilities include a fine swimming pool with separate children's pool - there’s a choice of dining options, and special breaks are offered, including golf specials (tee times reserved at Macroom's 18-hole course).

Every town should have a hotel like this.
