The original building dates back to the 1970s but has recently been re-designed. Public areas, notably the large open-plan foyer/lounge, have a great sense of space and style, with quite luxurious furnishings.


Accommodation in this Limerick Hotels also notable for its spaciousness: all rooms are styled deluxe, with the comfort and amenities that implies, but the spaciousness is the main attraction.


The hotel’s Rain Spa & Wellness Clinic includes cosmetic treatments, gym, pool, and outdoor Canadian hot tub among the features. Fine conference and business facilities have ample free parking.
