Cos Cos Sean Nos Festival - Co Sligo

Friday 6th - Sunday 8th May 2011

Friday: Traditional concert starring top local and visiting artists followed by a pub session with Spraoi Trad group.

Saturday: morning and afternoon workshops; Céilí with Bush Céilí Band; tutors and guests recital; showcase of young talent; singing session ; late story-time; pub sessions with Misneach; céilí with All-Ireland Champions the Dartry Céilí Band.

Sunday: noon outdoor morning session which has become a favourite event for all ages; tea and boxty served with plenty of music, sing and dancing; door dancing competitions for different age categories; Kevin McTernan (former member) Memorial Flute Competitions; Céilí ; story-making and storytelling; children's trad rhythms; pub session with Josie’s Fancy and finally, a slan abhaile session.
