sprOg - the childrens festival in Waterford

sprOg, the annual children's festival for children at Garter Lane Arts Centre, is a fun-filled week in Waterford supported by Waterford City Council and Fáilte Ireland and sponsored by Genzyme Ireland. Taking place in the week prior to Waterford Spraoi, sprOg is especially designed for younger children and offers a wide range of arts activities as well as showcasing high quality theatre for a younger audience, with all events subsidised or free.

Everything in the sprOg programme takes place in a safe and accessible environment, and the festival offers an exciting programme of art workshops, dance classes, film screenings, theatre, puppetry and exhibitions geared toward families and their young children. Fun and friendliness are paramount when it comes to being a sprOg!
