There’s a buffet lunch to enjoy, then later an elegant five-course Gala Dinner, serenaded by the hotel’s resident pianist.

St. Stephen’s Day brings a leisurely jazz brunch, local adventures like the Limerick Races or scenic river walks, and another memorable dinner in the Maigue Restaurant.
