Barnabrow Country House

Geraldine Kidd’s sensitively converted seventeenth century house has stunning views of Ballycotton, and the decor is commendably restrained.

Innovative African wooden furniture is a point of interest and spacious, comfortable bedrooms are stylishly decorated. Some charming country bedrooms are in outbuildings at the back of the house, and a good breakfast is served in the main dining room, at a communal table.

Derek Stewart has been cooking at the Trinity Rooms Restaurant since 2005 and continues the philosophy and cooking style that has earned it a fine reputation.

Barnabrow caters exceptionally well for weddings (for which there is great demand) and other functions (up to 150) as well as normal private dining.
