Everyone is welcome to go and see cattle and sheep being bought and sold in the fine new sales rings - it's great fun watching the auctioneers at work, and then you can queue up with the farmers for a bite at Langtons @ Cillín Hill (Mon-Sat 7.30-4, Sun 9.30-4).
