Wholesome Fayre

Reminiscent in style and content of Sligo Town’s lovely Source, the large windows of this bright modern premises allow passers-by a generous glimpse of the good things within - which include a brasserie and cookery school as well as a very tempting deli.

How lovely to find a breakfast menu (8.30-12) kicking off with delicious Valentia yoghurt and Macroom organic porridge; a deli offering freshly prepared meats, gourmet sandwiches and salads; and a shop where shelves are packed with a wide range of Irish speciality foods (online sales are planned too) and wines purchased can be served in the Brasserie (small corkage charge applies).

Off season (Sep-May), demonstration cookery classes are offered in The Brasserie, which has an open kitchen.
