Adrian Sheedy's well-respected guesthouse is in purpose-built premises, very conveniently located for Cork Airport and the ferry and set in gardens, where guests can relax in fine weather.
Comfortable, well-furnished rooms (including five newer ones, and one designed for disabled guests) have all the amenities normally expected of hotels, including broadband, TV with video channel, trouser press/iron, tea/coffee facilities and well-designed bathrooms.
Breakfast has always been a strong point - fresh fruits and juices, cheeses, home-made breads and preserves as well as hot dishes (available from 7am for business guests, until 10 am for those taking a leisurely break). Evening meals can be provided for groups, by arrangement.
A guest sitting room with an open fire makes a cosy retreat on dark winter evenings.
