The Tullamore Show and AIB National Livestock Show is a family event, of a cultural nature and with something for everyone.

It is an authentic cultural experience and the addition of a high profile, broad based, event programme has ensured its success as a major attraction to the midlands.

Agriculture was originally the main focus but due to Ireland's changing culture and the development of a national country lifestyle, the focus has broadened considerably in recent years, while promoting enhanced awareness and positive appreciation of national / local traditions, cultural facilities, farmers markets and way of life.

The focus is on rural and family lifestyle with the programme incorporating cultural, commercial and competitive elements.

550 trade stands and other elements involving livestock, equestrian, home industries, inventions, performing artists, vintage to very modern etc.

Horticultural elements range from floral displays, garden design, and children’s area. Also included is free entertainment, music, dancing, children's fun and games and traditional lifestyle features.
