 Spend a fabulous foodie 2-night break dining on delicious homegrown and locally sourced seasonal food, and sampling local craft cider, beer and gin.
On arrival unwind with homemade biscuits and freshly brewed artisan tea and coffee before taking a stroll around our mature gardens to visit our chickens in the Orchard. After a gourmet 4-course dinner relax in a cosy chair with a glass of sloe gin or whiskey before retiring to the most comfortable bed. Next day, hearty breakfast including a full Ulster Fry or John’s homemade granola will set you up to go exploring. Maybe one of three beautiful National Trust gardens or Hillsborough Castle gardens, all within 30 minutes drive. When the time comes to leave you will be sent home with a bag of Newforge Wheaten Bread mix and homemade marmalade.
