Ballybunion International Bachelor Festival

The Ballybunion Bachelor of the year is selected at this annual festival which is one of the best known festivals in the country. To enter hopefuls are required to have a sponsor and should be prepared to take part in a wide range of activities all in the good name of fun!

About 20 bachelors are shortlisted for the coveted title each year and while the judges ponder their decision carefully, the townspeople get busy enjoying themselves with fashion shows, sporting events and children's competitions.
