Cork has had an incredible food culture for centuries. Over the 1980’s there was a fantastic revival of Farmhouse Cheeses in West Cork and more recently over the last five years there has been an ever-growing increase in the number of producers and artisans selling via newly established farmers markets and specialist retailers, offering consumers an incredible array of the finest quality foods.
