The Duff family’s country guesthouse near Dublin airport is situated on 100 acres and surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, with a tennis court and plenty of parking.

Very much a family operation, the house is set well back from the road and the property is also home to a fine equestrian centre, which is run as a separate business - and makes it an ideal destination for anyone with an interest in horses (residential riding holidays are a speciality).

However, this well-located house also makes a good base for other activities in the area - as there are 20 golf courses within easy reach, golfing breaks are almost equally popular - and the location, close to Dublin airport and a fairly short distance from the city centre, also makes this a convenient venue for meetings and seminars.

Whatever the reason for your visit, it is a friendly and very comfortable place to stay, with elegant public rooms and spacious en-suite bedrooms furnished to hotel standards.

Breakfast is served in the dining room, a delightful room with arched windows overlooking the garden and outside decking; home baking is a speciality and a range of options is offered, from the Full Irish to vegetarian. Next door, a large lounge for guests’ use has deep comfortable chairs, marble fireplace and an honesty bar.

A service recently introduced is the Broadmeadow Health & Beauty Salon, offering a range of beauty treatments and products by Decleor of Paris and Payot of Paris, also natural nail care products by Jessica Cosmetics.

* Innovative Park, Stay & Fly package available from €69 - includes one nights accommodation, free transfer to airport plus up to 3 weeks parking.
