Killaloe - At the southern end of Lough Derg - a handsome inland sea set in an attractive blend of mountain and hillside, woodland and farm - Killaloe straddles the Shannon with two townships - Ballina in Tipperary on the east bank, and Killaloe in Clare, with the ancient cathedral across the river to the west.

Killaloe is an open-air watersports playground with fun for all ages - cruising, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, fishing, canoeing and raft building.
