Tattersalls Country House
This wedding venues an elegant country house which is available for exclusive event hire; it is surrounded by a terrace which can be seen from each room through huge windows, and has beautiful gardens There are many lovely stone country churches to choose from in the area, and wedding blessings can be arranged at the house, at an extra charge.
Event management services are offered, the house has a cocktail bar for guests’ use, a conservatory and a lovely dining room which can be opened through to an excellent dancing area in the evening. The menu and style of service is decided in consultation with the respected caterers With Taste Banqueting and, although choices on the menu theoretically attract a supplement, they are never actually required as the caterers offer a large selection of alternatives without extra charge.
It is a very attractive venue: floating candles and flowers are provided on dining tables in pretty champagne glasses, you have your own personal butler service throughout the day and, although there is no accommodation available, guests have use of the house until 2am - and garden parties and barbecues may also be hosted here on the day following the wedding reception.
Guests usually stay at The Castleknock Hotel & Country Club which is only 15 minutes drive away, or at recommended local accommodation.
