All produce sold at the market, except for on the fish stall, is produced within 20 miles of Cahir. Two vegetable producers, two fruit producers, one fish stall, one juice producer, three home-bakery stalls with breads and confectioneries of all descriptions, one butcher's stall specialising in traditionally cured pork products, one certified organic farmer selling beef, lamb, and assorted farm produce. Organic wines and chocolate also available
