Burren Slow Food festival - Co Clare

A weekend festival celebrating the food and culture of Co. Clare. Markets, demonstrations, BBQs, kids cooking, talks and lots of food and fun for all!

From Friday to Sunday you can sample the very best of what Co. Clare has to offer in food and culture. The programme is packed full of attractions for all tastes, ages, interests and budgets. Including indoor and outdoor farmer's markets, cookery demonstrations by local and well known celebrity chefs, gala dinner, talks and information sessions, "LocalSource" helping you source local foods, exhibitions, food activities for children, BBQs with local produce and a huge variety of other local, artisan and organic foods for sale.

This is your chance to meet the many excellent producers in your local area and sample, for yourself, what they have to offer. This festival is for all the family and is run on a non-profit basis so you can not only expect the very best quality but the best value too and all in the beautiful setting of the Burren in May, for that little bit of heaven on your plate!
