Iverk Agricultural Show - Co Kilkenny

Saturday 27th August 2011

The Iverk show dates back to 1826 and still flourishes to this day. It is now estimated to be one of the largest agricultural showns in the country, attracting patrons from the 32 counties, as well as competitors from England and Wales.

It is very much a family day out with plen­ty of entertainment on hand to keep youngsters occupied.

There is also a serious side to the show with entrants try contend for a prize in the agricultural classes.
