The Foynes Flying Boat Museum is housed in the original terminal building and recalls that nostalgic era when Foynes became the centre of the aviation world between 1937 and 1945.
Their amazing story is told through a comprehensive range of exhibits and graphic illustrations featured throughout the original Terminal Building including in their authentic 1940's cinema; the Radio and Weather Rooms - complete with transmitters, receivers and Morse code equipment; the Brendan O'Regan restaurant and the only full sized replica B314 flying boat.

Open Daily mid Mar-Nov 9am-5pm (last admission 4pm), other times for groups by pre-booking.
